FeesOur costs are:We offer a sliding rates of fees. - A One to one, 50 minute counselling session is £45-£55.
- Online and Telephone Counselling cost as above with payment expected in advance.
- we offer a free initial half hour session (we only charge £7 to cover room costs).
- we offer reductions for low income clients and trainee student Counsellors to between £30-£45.
- LOW COST COUNSELLING / THERAPY
at between £17-£27 per session with a Counsellor in Hove / Brighton BN1
Limited spaces available
- Supervision costs £45-£50 for 1 hour, or £65 for 1½ hours.
(BACP's monthly requirement for supervision).
- Reduced fees for Student Counsellors £30-£45 per hour.
- Group and Workshop fees available on application.
All our therapeutic relationships are with agreements which are negotiated with individual clients or groups and will include:
- Individual or group fees
- Degree of confidentiality
- Frequency and time of sessions
- Length of contract and reviews
- Arrangements for payment for missed or cancelled appointments
We require 48 hours notice of cancellation or full fee will be charged. We hold full indemnity insurance. Back to the Top

Our Location
We work mainly from consulting rooms in Montpelier Crescent, near Seven Dials in Brighton BN1. This is within easy reach of Brighton mainline railway station with its regular train services from &/to London, Hove, Portslade, Shoreham, Worthing, Chichester, Lewes, Newhaven, Seaford, Burgess Hill, and Haywards Heath.
