We work from a central Brighton & Hove location and our service covers Sussex. We have experience of working with clients from different social and cultural backgrounds with a wide range of issues including:
Anxiety, Post Natal Depression(PND),
Loss, Bereavement, Depression, Abuse, Illness,
Managing Anger, Childhood Sexual Abuse,
Relationship Issues, Stress or Life Changing Events

Counselling or Psychotherapy is often called the "talking cure" and is different from other forms of help as it focuses on enabling you to clarify for yourself the issues that you are troubled about. Exploring these issues, confidentially, with a counsellor who is professionally trained to listen and offer non-judgement, genuineness and acceptance, can help you explore and understand your thoughts and feelings better. Our aim is to form a safe therapeutic relationship with you, in which you, the client, comes to trust and rely on your own resources to make the changes you might want in your self and in your relationships.
POPLAR COUNSELLING
is made up of a Team of three Person Centred Counsellor 's and/or Group Facilitators. We are all registered BACP members and we work mainly from Seven Dials, a central Brighton & Hove location and our service covers Sussex.
